I have been having a great time photographing engagement sessions lately. Getting great photos has been a given with the locations couples have selected. Stephanie & Austin decided to take their photos at the beautiful Engelmann Cellars Winery out in West Central Fresno. We found the last orchard that still had blossoms and got some fun photos. I love engagement sessions because it gives me a chance to get to know my couples and how things will be on their wedding day. Stephanie & Austin are going to have fun on their wedding day. Thanks for a great shoot.
So I made it out to Ventura last week and had a great time getting to know the Awesome couple of Tremain & Sofia. I love it when I get to shoot in new cities and we had a great time shooting in Ventura. They brought their puppy Saban and you guessed it they are both big Alabama fans. Looking forward to their wedding later this year and thanks for the great shoot.
We’re back! It’s been a while since my last post but say Hello to Fernando and Laura. I met them in Carmel to take their engagement photos. I love running around Carmel mainly because there are so many spots for great photos. I hopped in the car with Fernando and Laura and we drove around the coast for some great photos and had a chance to get to know each other. Looking forward to their upcoming wedding and I wish them all the best!
My son and I drove up to Napa Valley for engagement photos with Stuart and Sara. We all had a great time! Stuart and Sara both marched with the Concord Blue Devils a few years back and so did I way back when. So we ended the day at Mars, the Blue Devils practice field and location of many many hours of pain and sweat. Although we couldn’t turn the lights on we still got a few photos there anyway. Making great memories! Looking forward to their wedding next year. Thank you both for letting me relive some memories!
Well it’s been a fun and busy last couple of weeks. It started with engagement photos of Kyle & Angela in Yosemite. I do believe that we made it up there right before the snow, but it was plenty cold. We had fun running around the valley capturing some great photos. I’ve included some of my favorites. Looking forward to their wedding next year!
We had the opportunity to film another beautiful wedding, this time at a lavender farm in Turlock! Again, I feel blessed to be able to capture these memories and am thankful for the trust of these awesome couples.
Jessica and I are so blessed, not only to be asked to photograph someone’s wedding but blessed to meet such wonderful people and their families. Victor & Melissa were married in Fowler and the day could not have been more perfect. I loved Melissa’s bridesmaid’s dresses, with all of the color and vibrancy. The day was great and the food was excellent. Jessica and I wish them both all the best. May God bless you both abundantly!
Well, the season in winding down, the days are getting shorter, and the weather has cooled. It must be Fall in the Central Valley. Last week Jessica and I were privileged to photograph Chris & Rebecca’s wedding in downtown Fresno. They chose an intimate wedding starting at St. John’s Cathedral, surrounded by family and friends. The celebration ended at my old studio location, The Grand 1401. I love it when a couple just enjoys the day and can be themselves. Chris and Rebecca are genuinely kind people who are truly in love! Jessica and I wish them both all the best!!
